TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MENIVARA INTEGRATIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE AND WHETHER BASED IN WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
